Crescent Resources is a resource exploration company with a growth strategy of adding value through discovery and project advancement through exploration. Crescent has an option to earn 100% of the Uncle Sam Gold Project in Alaska where drilling by Crescent in 2011 and past work by other companies have returned several significant drill intercepts within a large area of gold mineralization. Crescent is also reviewing other projects in the precious and base metals sector.
Management has a strong record of discovery, exploration and financing to development of several mining projects. The management team of Michael Hopley, Don Halliday, Greg Davis and Doris Meyer has over 60 years cumulative experience in the mining and exploration business with companies such as Sunridge Gold Corp., Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Bema Gold Corp.
